We're into another week of #SamTweetsCAT and I've been thinking about those gems of #CognitiveAnalyticTherapy writing that I've come across. Ones that capture the essence of CAT, communicate a complicated idea well or simply stick in the memory by virtue of their prose or imagery

@abrar71 @Assoc_CAT @YouthCAT1 I think a contract with an ending is really important in encouraging people to start to be their own wise parent. Moving on from an individual CAT therapy to a group therapy can be really helpful too.

@KatyStepanian Some of us CAT therapists have doubts too, I have created my own version called “The Alternnative Psychotherapy File” but more discussion needed. I suppose it can be a starting point, even though not perfect?
