January 2026 is delivering sharp cooling across the Northern Hemisphere.
The US is enduring record cold and snow driving deep into the south. And conditions in Canada are equally fierce, with Toronto setting an all-time snowfall record.
Likewise in Europe, Spain's Sierra Nevada is under meter-deep snow, Germany is firing up old coal power plants to cope, and across transcontinental Russia, snow totals are breaking all-time records in books dating back 147 years.
South Asia is enduring rare freezes, with blizzards hitting from India through Pakistan and into Afghanistan, where 61 people died over the weekend.
In Japan, Sapporo just logged its heaviest January snow on record in archives dating back to the 1800s.
The media blames "global warming" for this hemisphere-wide cold. But history disagrees.
Reanalysis shows nearly identical vortex disruptions in 1977, 1978 and 1985 to what's occurring now in 2026.
This current cold outbreak is not new.
Nor is it driven by global warming.
Warming does NOT equal cooling.

🚨🇺🇸 “That’s why you’re about to have record Ice Storms” ‼️
“How can it be record warm in the West & record cold in the East?”
“Look at this map - tell me how this is an engineered Weather pattern that is happening right now?”
“If you go back 10 years you would never see a map like - Weather doesn’t work in this way”

The only places to go to escape the cold are southern California / Arizona or Florida. 🏝️
The rest of the Lower 48 is in the ice box. 🧊
Unless you have a real fireplace or pellet / wood stove (increasingly rare in new homes), the reason that you're not freezing to death tonight is because power plants are burning natural gas and coal. Even in Texas, gas and coal are currently doing the legwork to keep the heat and lights on.
Think twice before demonizing fossil fuels.

#ONStorm #ONwx Wow! Conditions are really getting treacherous out there from my balcony in #Toronto overlooking the Gardiner.
It’s hard to stay outside for more than a few seconds right now, with snow practically falling horizontally thanks to those strong winds. Visibility is dropping fast and it’s definitely feeling nasty out there.
What are conditions like in your area?

“196 million under winter weather alerts as massive storm brings dangerous cold and snow” (NBC News). "Deadly winter storm blasts America with catastrophic ice, extreme snow"(FOX Weather). Catastrophic ice storms and patented processes of chemical ice nucleation, what could possibly go wrong? Climate engineering operations are creating chemical winter weather chaos. The more heavily and extensively the geoengineers utilize chemical ice nucleating materials, the more extreme the surface cooling that they can and do create. Do you object?

This Snow Isn’t Acting Normal. Watch Closely. ❄️👀
I recorded this video because it caught my attention.
This is snow that is behaving differently than what most of us are used to seeing.
I’m not here to jump to conclusions.
I’m not here to tell you what to think.
I am here to show you what I’m seeing and ask a simple question.
Why does this look different than normal snow?
That’s it.
Sometimes the most important thing you can do is slow down and observe.
Not argue.
Not assume.
Not let someone else tell you what you’re seeing.
Just look.
Ask questions.
And think for yourself.
Too many people rush to label curiosity as ignorance.
Curiosity is how you learn.
Critical thinking is how you stay grounded.
If there’s a normal explanation, I’m open to it.
If there isn’t, people should still be allowed to ask questions.
That used to be normal.
Watch the video.
Draw your own conclusions.
And don’t let anyone shame you for paying attention. 🫡🇺🇸
If you’ve seen something similar, comment and share your experience.
