Yesterday at 7am, I was supposed to board an Air France flight from Paris to Copenhagen. Once inside the aircraft, it experienced technical issues that prevented takeoff. We were kept onboard for nearly 3 hours.

I managed to stay calm until now, but enough is enough. I never thought I would experience such a level of incompetence and disorganization. Count on me @airfrance @airfrancefr to never fly with you again and to make sure people know exactly what kind of service you provide.

No one was able to tell me where it was. I spent hours stuck at Copenhagen Airport instead of continuing my trip to Sweden, waiting for information. Nothing. My baggage is now officially declared lost, and I have received no compensation, no solution, and no accountability.
