@BankofScotland fed up with your Bank. Will close account soon . First u close local branches ! U also have slow online security systems that mean a £25 leisure purchase is timed out because of ur cumbersome processes !I’ll b leaving asap after many years u r not a good bank !

@TicketmasterUK your systems for Hearts FC football tickets need to be much improved ! My purchases get timed out by your system in less than 2 minutes whereas my banks online security/ verification processes take 2-3 minutes to get through. This timing out is very frustrating !
