There's a "conspiracy theory" that the Rockefeller Foundation, in the 1950s, was primarily responsible for the decision to change the musical tuning from 432 Hz to 440 Hz.
I know that frequencies actively affect our bodies, and this example would be something similar, explaining it through cymatics to help you understand why the change occurred.

@AJENews @AJEnglish Yes it does. It violates the law of the sea and doctrine. UNCLOS permits the right to freedom of navigation. THAT IS INTERNATIONAL WATERS. It is not territorial waters belonging to any state, therefore, at a minimum, these criminals are committing piracy.
