@Whitespirit26 ...but in the spirit of the mythos, which was a big inspiration to my work, how her power works exactly is only theorized, though the characters will come closer to understanding ad the books go on

@ApplewhiteWrite (cont) what she did in the beginning of the book, to sense if a spirit was nearby? Did she use more intense methods, or was it just more of her trying to use her natural sixth sense to detect another presence?

@Whitespirit26 Firstly I'm so glad that you're enjoying the book so far! As far as Maggie's gifts are concerned, exactly how they work is a mystery that even Maggie doesn't fully understand (especially in book 1). Throughout the series she will discover more of what she can do...
