What issues are they addressing? And how are they gonna make owners do work lolol and make decisions? Have tech send them warning messages how bad its gonna be when they let don't get routine pest inspections and the fungus might grow all over the structure and structurally compromise the building? lol

Litigation, special assessments, underfunded, lotsa fees, mismanaged, bad board, really expensive HOA dues, master insurance policy is getting dropped, structural issues All things heard about condos & HOA's Who's working on changing how the world of HOAs and condo management is structured, how Buyers get information? In CA, the condo package, including all documents and financials are ordered in escrow- this is civil code required But should Buyers be able to review ALL condo documents online when even considering buying a unit? It would make sense and save a ton of time, and forgo falling out of escrow because of the HOA & board Should there be a set of questions the condo is required to answer about the complex so Buyers understand what is happening? Like an executive summary vs trying to find nuggets of info in sometimes hundreds of pages of HOA docs Should inspections around condo's be handled differently? Most inspections are limited to the interior of the condo. But here's the problem, if there ARE structural issues, it is ALSO your problem. Foundation, roof, shared plumbing, sewer, electrical, drainage, elevators, common areas like pools, tennis courts, driveways, garages Just gonna keep saying it- what does HOA stand for? If you buy into a condo with a lot of structural issues- you ARE going to end up paying for it
