How can I buy Nigerian T-bills / CPs without being Nigerian or being in Nigeria? My bet is simple. The NGN is going to strengthen slowly. I want to buy Naira, buy t-bills and wait until the end of the year. The return and the currency appreciation will make up for the risk.
