Although the usual course of action would have been to wait for the police, after 26 days Frank decided to take matters into his own hands. He went to the dock, located the boat, and boarded it. There he found his daughter, alive and frightened. He rescued her himself, without any direct intervention from the authorities at that time. Shortly afterward, arrests were made, and suspicions arose that Emmarae had been a victim of exploitation and forced confinement. The investigation is ongoing, but Frank had already achieved the most important thing: getting his daughter back.

Four people are alive today because a young man put the lives of others before his own. He truly is a hero. 🎖
