🇦🇺🇹🇴🇳🇿 have released a joint technical advisory detailing ransomware operation conducted by INC Ransom and its affiliate, Roman Khubov, who controlled the malicious infrastructure used for data exfiltration in the June 2025 ransomware attack on the Tongan Ministry of Health.
