Our 8th grade Class of 2030 has made their way home from Washington, D.C. where they visited Arlington National Cemetery and participated in the wreath laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

Due to the weather conditions, Austin Prep is on a two hour delay for Friday, March 6. The school day will begin at 9:55 a.m. Check your email for the academic schedule for the day. See you soon!

The Class of 2030 returns home tonight after their 8th Grade Class Capstone Trip to Washington, D.C. Students visited a number of monuments and sites celebrating the history and heritage of the United States. More photos from the trip to come!

This March, Austin Prep will honor Women’s History Month by recognizing the vital influence and contributions of women on the history of the United States and the world. We also look forward to celebrating the remarkable achievements of women in the Austin Prep community.

As a result of the winter storm, Austin Prep classes are cancelled tomorrow, Tuesday, February 24. A decision regarding Tuesday afterschool activities will be made on Tuesday. Stay warm!

Eight students recently represented Austin Prep at the prestigious Harvard-MIT Mathematics Tournament (HMMT). Held at MIT, this event is widely recognized as one of the top high school math competitions in the world, attracting talent from across the globe. Well done, Math Team!

The Austin Prep Chapter of the National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) held its induction of new members in the Chapel of Saint Augustine on Feb. 12. These 33 7th & 8th grade students have demonstrated the 5 pillars of NJHS: Scholarship, Leadership, Service, Character & Citizenship.
