@ShaunLintern The failures here are so varied and run all the way through the NHS and regulators. Where is the accountability going to come from if we move to a no fault system of litigation? If litigation were the driver of secrecy and cover ups I would accept it - where’s the evidence?

The updated Tesla Model 3 LR gets a nice boost to 466 miles of range, joining a number of new models in the 450-500 mile category. (Merc CLA, BMW ix3, Audi A6 e-tron, etc). Pretty incredible how battery tech just keeps getting better.

@duncsand I fear you are talking into the wind on this platform. It’s increasingly toxic.

It doesn’t matter if it’s climate change, paracetamol or vaccines… trust the scientists, not the politicians.

@JamesTitcombe Take it easy James and my advice is to not look at X for a while. Too much of it is toxic.

@ShaunLintern If healthcare leaders are driven to toxic behaviours by a league table then I suspect the problem is not the league table but the leader.

NHS league tables - a necessary bit of sunlight into dark corners of the NHS or a dangerous political ploy that will toxify cultures in some trusts and lead to perverse behaviours?
