@KiittyPls My resting metabolic burn is 800 cal a day. So even at a 500 cal deficit, it's borderline impossible for me to lose weight. My body was built to survive famine, genetically. It doesn't want me to lose weight. I cannot recommend enough working with a weight management doctor.

A little vent. For five weeks now, I've gone to an aerobics class 3x a week, & I'm lifting once a week. I'm at a 400-500 calorie deficit each day, and the only sugar I really have is the 30 calories in my morning coffee. And yet ... I haven't lost a single pound🙃 fix me, pls.
