I understand there were issues at DXB due to flooding, but there was no communication, help with re-booking and compensation from @flydubai

@flydubai your staff in Jeddah did not let me and my 4 family members board on flight FZ830 to Dubai although the plane flew!!! We were at the airport at 12:30pm for our flight scheduled at 5:45pm. Your staff only allowed passengers with Dubai visa or Dubai as final destination.

@askflydubai @flydubai This is the response I have received from @askflydubai and @flydubai regardless of the fact that we were at the airport at 12:30pm for a flight due at 5:45pm. We were #denied #boarding! I have proof that we were there! FlyDubai please book us on the next flight

@flydubai we were not offered accommodation or any support by your on ground staff. Please inform us when will our flight be rescheduled or reimburse us enough to book another flight!!!

@flydubai we still have a connecting flight FZ331 Dubai to Khi scheduled for 18th Apr at 12:55am which as per your call center is still flying however we can’t catch that flight because your staff at Jeddah Airport did not let us fly to Dubai!
