What is 5G?
📶 5G is the 5th generation mobile network. It is a new global wireless standard after 1G, 2G, 3G, and 4G networks. 5G enables a new kind of network that is designed to connect virtually everyone and everything together including machines, objects, and devices.
This mobility project between the University Politehnica of Bucharest and the University of Agder is proposed as a complimentary project associated with an ongoing EEA Grants Collaborative Research Project, SOLID-B5G, which started from January 2021 and will last for three years.
📌 What is 5G?
It is the fifth generation of mobile internet connectivity, which promises higher upload and download speeds, wider coverage and more stable connections.
