Yesterday was the 1st time I was able to reflect, and confide with everyone in a safe space. It was almost like therapy, and mentally, I feel a lot lighter! Thank you so much @BACPNetwork Loved meeting the trainees/qualified psychologists too! The event gave me hope 🙌🏽
