It's World Mental Health Day, and we're encouraging everyone to find something today that contributes to positive mental health building. Clubs across the country help young people build their mental health and confidence until it's unbreakable.

The CanTeen Youth Hub is integral in response to ALL youth and young adults as a mental health space to be themselves and have their own community. Thank you CSWB in Strathcona County for bringing this to light!
