@InogenInc your customer service is ATROCIOUS. They were rude to my grandmother who was trying to return my grandfather’s equipment because he passed away. She had to request the shipping boxes multiple times and then asked for shipping labels and they acted like she was stupid.

and they told her UPS would have them. Another representative told her they would email them to her.
