Bill C-22 would grant Canada’s spy agency, the Canadian Security Intelligence Service, the power to demand subscriber information from companies without a warrant, while legally barring those companies from informing their users, investors, or the public. It also expands so-called “emergency” powers that bypass the courts as a critical safeguard. In effect, Bill C-22 concentrates sweeping surveillance powers in government hands with little transparency or accountability. Bill C-22 is a dangerous building block of the surveillance state that must be stopped. thespec.com/opinion/contri… Sign our petition here: jccf.ca/stop-bill-c-22…

🚨BREAKING: Cineplex Refuses to Screen The Shot: Sean Hartman’s Story Anywhere in Canada🚨 After weeks of conversations, booking quotes, and attempts to secure private screenings, we have been informed that Cineplex will not allow screenings of our documentary The Shot: Sean Hartman’s Story in any of their theatres across Canada. According to a Cineplex representative, the company is “not willing to be involved in your screenings at any locations” and stated that “the possible subject matter has not been approved.” What makes this decision even more concerning is that Cineplex did not request to see the film before rejecting it, nor did they ask for a screener to evaluate its contents. This decision is particularly troubling given that the documentary is evidence-based, drawing from publicly available sources including CDC data, FDA documentation, peer-reviewed medical research, and governmental records, alongside interviews with medical experts and individuals directly involved in the story. At its core, The Shot: Sean Hartman’s Story is a true story about a father’s fight for answers after the death of his 17-year-old son. Yet Cineplex, Canada’s largest theatre chain, has decided that Canadian audiences should not see it in their theatres. This comes at a time when the same theatre chain regularly screens major studio productions, including Disney films that openly promote DEI-driven messaging aimed at young audiences, while refusing to host a documentary about a grieving father seeking answers. Cineplex has made it clear: this story will not be shown in their theatres. The good news is that independent venues across Canada are stepping up, and the tour continues to grow. If Cineplex won’t show the film, communities across Canada will. Find upcoming screenings or request one in your city at: SupportSean.ca @Answers4Sean @RaineyMedia

Parents: Do you ever get the feeling that your child's teacher is "managing" you when you voice your concerns about political content in the school? That's because you are being managed. Here we have a "response guide" for teachers when parents complain about "curriculum/books/learning," "visuals, symbols, displays," "student affinity [segregated] groups," "policies." Teachers are told to "ground" their responses, meaning to deflect any concerns you might have, "no debate." They are not interested in anything you have to say. Teachers are told to repeat their canned deflections up to three times before pawning you off to the principal. The idea here is to get you to waste time going up to the endless bureaucratic chain until you lose interest and go away.

Ontario's 61,000 licensed lawyers will now be required to take a six-hour professional development course on Indigenous education, or they will face suspension. The course reportedly focuses on land acknowledgements, the impacts of colonization, and how federal legislation affects Indigenous peoples. The Law Society of Ontario was not established to advance political agendas or to regulate the beliefs and expression of members. Instead of simply upholding professional standards, many regulators are now advancing political causes, enforcing ideological positions, and disciplining members who express disagreement. Send a letter to the Premier of Ontario, urging the province to amend legislation so that professional regulators cannot compel speech or enforce ideology. jccf.ca/ontario/

Ma says our position was made subject to judicial review. She now speaks of Section 24*. * Section 24" most commonly refers to Section 24 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, which empowers courts to provide remedies (such as excluding evidence or awarding damages) when an individual's Charter rights have been violated. It is a critical constitutional provision for addressing government wrongdoing.

The population of Toronto is shrinking, and many are moving to Alberta. "Torontonians are increasingly eyeing Alberta. Calgary saw a net gain of 7,069 from Toronto — the third-highest of any city — while Edmonton pulled in another 5,562." I wonder why? Could it be because Alberta is the only place in Canada that offers the hope for a better future via independence? I think so. Source: ca.news.yahoo.com/torontos-popul…

Zero Bodies, Millions Spent, Files Sealed – Until TODAY! The Reckoning Begins!! Canada's Ministry of Indigenous Relations was cited by the Information Commissioner for violating the Access to Information Act by withholding records related to unverified claims of unmarked graves at residential schools, and has been directed to disclose them. In this video Dan Dicks of Press For Truth explains how this was never about healing but rather it's about a narrative pushed without evidence, used to demonize the Church, divide the country and justify massive spending.
