I finally finished #WonderMan. The easiest thing to say is that it was wonderful, but it was more than that. I've never been so frustrated with a protagonist as much as with Abdul-Mateen's Simon Williams, like, bro, relax and take the win! He was outstanding.

@sciencegirl Specifically, the version of Pyrex that's heat resistant and won't shatter when you bake with them. The other kind of Pyrex (same name *slightly* different logo) isn't as heat resistant, won't dissappear in oil, and will shatter when it gets too hot.

Vegetable oil makes Pyrex glass disappear because both bend light the same way, sharing a refractive index of 1.47.

@DynamoSuperX This is a dumb argument because you can make him lore accurate *and* give him challenges! Some of these could be time challenges, like, find all the bombs hidden in lead boxes before they explode and kill civilians or just have enemies who can best Superman, like the magic ones.

making a superman game is a lose-lose situation. make him lore-accurate, zero challenge and the gameplay gets boring in hours. nerf him so enemies actually pose a threat? then it “doesn't feel like superman” anymore and everyone hates it.
