@BackThenApp Hello, I have sent several emails to your support email address without any meaningful response from your team. This is entirely unsatisfactory given I have paid to use your app for the past six years. Please provide contact details for someone who can assist me.

@JB_SK9 Apologies - I've just found your support ticket and can see it was responded to. In answer to your final question, you lost access to the timelines on February 8 so you'll need to ask for a new invite.

@BackThenApp Is there an issue with your app and slow upload speeds (taking roughly 10 minutes to upload 1 photo)? This is experienced on both WiFi and cellular connections. My wife submitted an email ticket regarding this and hasn’t heard from anyone. Considering changing apps😢

@BackThenApp I have access to a child which I no longer want to see their photos, how do I remove them without letting the person who controls her photos know without affecting my account with my own children on?

@_Michi Apologies - we realised we sent these out too often. If you open the app again it'll reset to a weekly message, and you can turn it off completely in Reminders -> Upload reminder (frequency). Sorry that it was too invasive, we'll make sure not to make the same mistake.

@BackThenApp Please stop using Push messages for drawing people into the app. I disabled all consents for advertising in the settings!

@BackThenApp My daughter pays to give us access to photos of our grandchildren.Fine for years when app was Lifecake but now it is quite useless crashing after 1st second of opening.Have contacted to no avail.#backwhenbackthen

@YesacWerdna Hi Cat. On iOS, select the three bars in the top right to go to the menu, then Manage Contacts. For the person you wish to remove, swipe their name left and a red Delete button will appear. On Android it is the same except the three-line menu is bottom right. I hope that helps.

@BackThenApp have you ever considered a partnership with @FreePrintsApp . Or another photo printing service that is reasonably priced. Would make life so much easier for printing photos!

@BackThenApp I never received an email about Lifecake closing, so now I’m pissed because how do I get those pictures back? I don’t have some of them anymore, because they were stored in this app. 🤬

BackThen crashing on app open. Known issue caused by Facebook’s SDK effecting many other big apps - Spotify, Pinterest, etc. We expect FB to release a fix soon and will continue to update you as new information is available. In mean time try our new web backthen.app/app

@_JessicaGoodwin Good spot! It is definitely on our list - we're just working through how to handle various situations where someone may have access to multiple timelines with different rules. It'll come!
