Shenandoah Baseball knows there is no one better than Coach Herold and we are lucky to have him in our program and working with out athletes. Congrats to Coach Herold for this, deserved, recognition.

Congratulations to Assistant Coach Audtin Herold. Coach Herold is among 3 finalist for the Assistant Coach of the Year in the Southwest region through the Iowa High School Baseball Coaches Association. This award is not just 2A but all classes.

Mustang celebrate Hunter Dukes' 18th birthday by beating Missouri Valley 10-0. Eli Cameron got his first varsity win, going 6 IP with 1 hit and 0 BB allowed. Good job Mustangs and Happy Birthday Hunter.

Congratulations to junior Camden Lorimor on being named to the Southwest Iowa Herald Summer Sports 1st Team. He adds this to his All Conference award from this year. It is also Camdens first time making an All Sports team from the Southwest Iowa Herald.

Congratulations to freshman Logan Twyman on being named to the Southwest Iowa Herald Summer Sports 1st Team. He adds this honor to his All Conference, All District, and All Hawkeye Ten 8th/Freshman Team from KMA.

Congratulations to junior Jade Spangler on being named to the Southwest Iowa Herald Summer Sports 2nd Team. He was also named to All Spring Sports Team and Summer Team last season.

Congratulations to Cole Graham and Logan Twyman for being named to the All Hawkeye Ten All Freshmen Team by KMA Sports. Two incredibly hard-working and talented young men.

Congratulations to freshman Logan Twyman for being selected to the Southwest 2A All District Second Team as a pitcher. Huge honor after a terrific season on the bump.

Congratulation to Camden Lorimor for be selected to All Hawkeye Ten Baseball Team. Camden was chosen by the coaches as an outfielder. This is the second year in a row Camden has been selected.

Congratulations to Logan Twyman for making the All Hawkeye 10 baseball team. Logan was selected by the coaches as a pitcher on the 2nd team. It is Logan's first time on the All Conference Team.

Mustangs scored early and Logan Twyman dazzled against AHSTW to earn a 10-2 first round win. 8 of the 9 starters got a base hit and scored a run. Zwickel and Lorimor had big 2 RBI doubles and Dukes had a little league homerun among his 3 hits. Next game is Wed against Clarinda.

Mustangs JV finished their season with an 8-2 win at Lewis Central. Brody Burdorf with the complete game win; Twyman, Babe, Green, and Brunk had big games offensively.

New battery, same result for the Mustang Reserves. This time Teagan Brunk and Tyler Babe led them to 10-0 win over Creston.

Good luck to the Shenandoah 9U, 11U, and 13U teams in their WIBBL Touraments this week. One game at a time.
