@GovMikeDeWine But there are no mask mandates and it's spreading like crazy. You have to do SOMETHING!

@erniegrrl @daytondailynews If that's the cause, hopefully it will get better after Jan 20th.

Today @OHdeptofhealth cleared the backlog of pending files that dated back to Nov. 1, causing a 1-day spike in cases. Included in the reported cases for today are the results from approximately 13,000 that were part of the report backlog. More info: odh.ohio.gov/wps/portal/gov…

@BrownsObsession @Livesinthestar1 @GovMikeDeWine @OHdeptofhealth They never got reported as positive. They held reporting these results until they were verified. I’m not sure what they’ll do moving forward, but with this backlog of 13,000 they never reported them positive until they confirmed it wasn’t a false positive.
English

@BaymanMandy @Livesinthestar1 @GovMikeDeWine @OHdeptofhealth But they're initially reported as positive, if the PCR tests shows negative do they take that off?
English

@BrownsObsession @Livesinthestar1 @GovMikeDeWine @OHdeptofhealth I believe they said that any that were discovered to be false positives would NOT be reported as positive. They were doing the extra check to make sure that didn’t happen.
English

@BaymanMandy @Livesinthestar1 @GovMikeDeWine @OHdeptofhealth Devils advocate here, if there's a false positive antigen test, do those eventually go off too?
English

@AshleyMetzinger @GovMikeDeWine @OHdeptofhealth Good grief! I hope the hospitalizations are part of the backlog. Otherwise, things got even worse real quick.
English

@Livesinthestar1 @GovMikeDeWine @OHdeptofhealth That's not what this means. Read the disclosure. They said that 13000 antigen tests were positive and that's what they needed to verify. They did not say that they conducted 13,000 antigen tests and all 13000 were positive.
English

@GovMikeDeWine @OHdeptofhealth This.... sounds like BS. 13K test backlogged and they were all positive? Plus that puts us at over 12k just today? This doesn't seem transparent or accurate
