I didn’t expect the White Sox to beat the Brewers in this series. They are a great team. But the way they’ve lost is really disheartening. Just deflating to open the season like this.

@DarthVader_o @futrudeau1 @uscfan981 Barry played on terrible teams. Every defense that played them knew they had to stop him and nobody else. Yet they still couldn't. He did it from a spread formation. Only 5 blockers (most of the time). What would he have done on a really good team?

I will say this again since you seem to keep mising it. I think Sanders is better than any RB ever. Probably my all time favorite player and not a Lions fan. Brown was most DOMINANT. Now you and I are 2 nobodies. NFL Network, ESPN, Sporting News and Bleacher report have all ranked Brown #1 more than any other RB. I disagree, but to act like it isnt open to debate is silly.

@bconn73 @BelligerentMod @uscfan981 Brown was less dominant in his era as a RB than Don Hutson was (as a WR) in his era. Yet nobody says Hutson was better than Rice, but Brown was better than Sanders? Make that make sense......

He is most dominant...i.e. biggest star outlier relative to players at his time...Sanders is my favorite and I believe greatets. Heck Barrys own dad says Brown was #1.

@uscfan981 Hmmm. Sanders is a highly debatable #1. Emmitt Smith is too high. Dickerson and Simpson too low. I'm also pretty confident that Derrick Henry is not Top 10 all time. Probably replace him with Edgerrin James. Maybe even Dorsett.

@JonathanWieser I’m a proponent of a cap but Mark is still cheap. Going back to the Bucks example it’s a soft cap and Bucks were paying a heavy luxury tax during years of contention. Mark is like the Pacers ownership group which refuses to pay the tax despite being in a championship window.
