The biggest Web3 hiring mistake is thinking you only need crypto natives. Real breakthrough happens when domain experts who understand business problems work with smart contract developers who can solve them. At @AlkimiExchange, our best solutions came from bridging traditional expertise with blockchain architecture. Crypto curiosity matters more than crypto experience.
