In 2024, Massachusetts voters overwhelmingly approved Question 1 by about 72%, explicitly granting her office the authority to conduct performance audits of the Legislature—including the House, Senate, and joint committees. DiZoglio requested key documents such as budgets, prior audits, monetary transactions, and contracts starting in early 2025.
