I recently stopped freelancing and now work exclusively on my products
Here is how my day now looks without productivity BS:
9:30-10:30: wake up. I don't have an alarm clock anymore, and I wake up when I feel rested. When I go out with friends or wife the night before, I can sleep until 11-12. I open my eyes and smile – I don't have BS daily standups to go on.
10:30-11:00: short workout, cook breakfast, shower. I eat the same thing every day – an omelette with cheese cooked in an air fryer. While it cooks, I stretch, do pull-ups, and make coffee. Then I go to shower, which I try to end with cold water.
11:00-14:00: work. Nowadays, I mostly market my eSIM service, eSIMPal. I work on SEO and write where my audience hangs out on social media. Sometimes I do coding.
I have 3 specialty coffee places ☕️ near my house where I work from. I rotate them every day. Walking there is a nice ritual for me.
14:00-15:00: lunch&walk. Then I go back to my house and cook lunch. I usually make chicken, steak, or fish in my air fryer 🤤. Then I take a 30-minute walk through the city to unwind a bit.
15:00-17:00: more work, I am trying to do different stuff than in the morning, because otherwise it feels too repetitive.
17:00-19:00: work-out. I am trying to do boxing every day. I can't stand gyms, and boxing is the only sport I don't force myself to do. I like learning something useful while working out, and learning how to fight is perfect in the current political environment.
19:00-20:00: dinner
20:00-22:00: watch series, read books
22:00-22:30: sex
22:30-00:00: more books and series
00:30: sleep

My favorite thing about this clip is how happy Sundar Pichai looks. He's having a great time.

This is so hilarious. Nothing can make Sam and Dario hold hands, not even the Prime Minister of India!

Prediction: In the AI age, taste will become even more important. When anyone can make anything, the big differentiator is what you choose to make.

what not to do as a startup:
cal[dot]com sold us on a feature that they internally knew they were soon deprecating
we spent a month building something using that feature only to find out ourselves this week
spent days trying to get in contact with someone from their team (we're paying users)
we emailed their founder twice and got hit with an "unsubscribe"
after later apologizing, their founder bailed on the call with our team at the last minute and had some entry level growth person take his place and dodge our questions
it's SO easy to do the little things right..
yet some startups still can't get out of their own way

The first $100K/month solo founder with zero employees is coming.
Not next year. Soon.
Here's what this means:
• No payroll, just API costs
• No management, just monitoring
• No hiring delays, instant scaling
• No office politics, pure execution
Entire businesses running on autopilot.
The one-person empire isn't a dream anymore.

@Berry_cooool Do it by yourself Berry… and show us you can do it too.
English

@Berry_cooool Sure bro. Been able to do this for free with any AI for years, and even before AI. So all of a sudden people are paying for it?
