Honestly, seeing teams like EDM/DAL be knocked out already too makes it even easier to appreciate the Cup runs in the 87/71 era. McDavid who is going to go down as the most skilled player of this generation appears as if he will leave EDM without a Cup on his resume.

@PenguinsJesus Excited/confident. Sid has played great the last 2 games, Tanger the same, and if we can get game 5 Mantha again, that is perfect. If this game stays a 5v5 battle the Pens have the upper hand. Just stay out the box as much as possible

How we feeling after last night? To me, I still don’t think they played 100% good, but they didn’t give into Philly’s after the whistle stuff and it really made a difference. 87 was lights out last night too

For me personally, the hard part about this outcome so far, is how damn good they played all season. They scored so many goals, and overcame any adversity. Now they run into a hot Philly team that changed their scheme of play, and that’s the one hurdle the pens can’t leap over.

I may be too optimistic here, but I think if the Pens play all 60 5v5 like they played the 3rd, I think they can steal game 3, but it is all up to if they show up to the plate. I’m hoping to see a lot more shots on net, and not as many wide or over the net.
