@theDRAMAgoat1 @anxiouscatmom That's horrible. If the problem was from the speculum (not the swab), pelvic floor physical therapy can prevent pain from trying to insert a speculum when the pelvic floor muscles are basically closed.

Can’t stand in the shower, cant exercise, can’t work, can’t exert yourself even minimally without suffering with a flu like illness for days afterwards. Well this is what covid is doing to previously young, healthy people. Covid doesn’t only affect the elderly & vulnerable.

Imagine being healthy your whole life, then one day you can’t stand without your heart being over 120, can’t eat the foods you used to love, can’t get a refreshing sleep, wake up with a hangover every morning minus the booze the night before, have a 24/7 concussion,
