Pleased to announce our 1st @Hibriten_Bsbl Prospect in 2026 MIF/OF @JuliusMartin26 Good athlete w/ a 6'1" 185 frame. Julius is interested in High Academic D3 options primarily bc of his 4.6 GPA, but is also open to learning more about JUCO as he's also Undecided in his Degree Path Needs to work on foot speed as he's a 7.21 runner, but if he can get a little bouncier he could probably stay on the Left Side of the infield as he does have good rhythm and feel, especially from catch to throw transfers. Same goes for OF, as his head stays still, and he has good reads off the bat. Arm was 82-84 from the Positions. Exit Velos were up to 93 MPH during BP and he had competitive ABs during Live Pitchers in the morning. Stance is a little unorthodox and keeps him narrow at contact. But the hips work (scissor) well and there is rotational acceleration. Barrell stays through the zone well. Rattled the fences during BP. Doesn't need a massive overhaul to swing, probably just a little more balance. @mason_biddix
