Any photografurs know much about medium format film photography? Been wanting to get into medium format for a while now but need guidance

@ZayphirWuffs ooooh ok i'm going to rec you do 6x8 BUT I'd like to pitch you an idea i tried: shoot 35mm in a 6x6+ camera (you'll need a conversion kit, or if you have a 3d printer you can print the adjustments for the film). Most of my work with this was arch so here's a photo I found online

I mostly shoot landscapes and I’ve been on 35mm and digital for a while now, just trying to settle on a negative size before I commit. Do you think 6x6 holds up for wide landscape stuff, or would you lean toward something more rectangular like 6x7 or 6x9 if that was the goal?
