T3 are meant to be paid lower than T3 but earn faster than T2.
So on a normal 5 tasks, T3 would spend less time completing it compared to T2 because:
T2 does most of the hard work (fixing the labelling issues of the less experienced T1).
While T3 fix the labelling issues missed by T2.
For payment, Those issues are beyond me, payment is processed for over 28 thousand people, it would surely take time if we expect everyone to be paid accurately. Imagine if your payment gets sent to the wrong wallet or you don’t get full payment because Atlas Capture was trying to speed up the payment for everyone. So to avoid mistakes, the team takes their time to process everything. Hopefully with time it gets better.

So about 1 week ago, I built @clyrbot , A bot that brings Discord and Telegram vibes to your Web3 Whatsapp Groups . Here's what happened next: - CLYR is now being used in a total of 8 whatsapp groups. But there is no harm in trying.
To stay on T3 after promotion you need to keep your rating between 95 to 100.
Anything lower than 90 stands risk of demotion
