This pushes the Federal Reserve toward a tighter stance. Tighter policy reduces liquidity. Lower liquidity limits upside in risk assets such as crypto. As a result, the current structure shows a weak recovery rather than a confirmed trend reversal. If oil remains elevated and macro pressure continues, BTC and ETH are likely to face resistance and possible downside retest. If geopolitical risk eases and oil stabilizes, liquidity conditions improve and a stronger recovery becomes more likely.
