@uncutmagazine @TheDelines @UnionChapelUK Saw them in Nottingham on Tuesday. Absolutely glorious. Eckman was incredible. The Delines, quietly and devastatingly, were the best band on the planet for the night.

@theJayAlto So many great writers think their own work wasn't any good. For example, Franz Kafka wanted his work burned in his will. Charles Bukowski only became famous late in life, who cares what others make of you, they're not you.

@Naturalphilosy everyone has a story, but not everyone has an interesting story, and mostly men with broken minds and ways have such interesting stories.

@_SwiftPress Charles Bukowski worked in a pickle factory for a while, I worked in a night shelter for a while and also in a needle exchange. It all goes into the mix.
