The tomb looked final, but God raised You from the dead. Hell thought it had won, but God put death to death. The stone was set, the guards were posted, hope looked buried, but God. Teach us to live in this covenant reality. On the unshakable, blood-bought, resurrection-declaring truth that You are the God who intervenes, the God who interrupts darkness, the God who overturns verdicts, the God who splits seas, topples giants, opens prison doors, heals the brokenhearted, forgives the worst sinner, restores the years the locusts have eaten, and calls dead men out of graves. So today, for the one who feels too far gone, let this be their cry: but God. For the one drowning in shame: but God. For the one battling secret sin: but God. For the one who buried a dream and called it over: but God. For the one who cannot see a way forward: but God. For the one who has believed the lie that they will never change: but God.
