My family attended the Team Finals on Sunday, and would love to have attended more events, but when the "cheap seats" are €550, you can only do so much. So we're in Milan, but watching on TV, instead of in person. The athletes lose the experience of performing in a packed arena.

The real problem w/ #Olympics2026 isn't the SIX HOUR distance between Milano & Cortina, but the refusal of the IOC to bend on their € 2000 price. What skater wants to perform in front of a half-empty arena, especially if they come from a country where people aren't superwealthy?
