He did die from fentanyl. I've been over this a lot in the past but the real thing everyone should be asking is why it took EMS 13 minutes to go 2 blocks after Chauvin called for EMS 30 seconds into Floyds arrest. You can literally see Floyd swallowing pills in the bodycam footage.

@Fair_and_Biased Actually... The overcharging of the insurance companies is to offset the costs associated with "free" medical care for uninsured individuals as well as Illegals. Plus Gov insurance such as Medicare/Medicaid only paying 30 to 40% of charged costs so the hospital tries to recoup.

When my son received a life-saving surgery, the total bill was about $100,000. We paid about $15,000. I would’ve paid anything and was grateful that insurance paid most of it, but the charges on the bill were clearly predatory. My husband said the cheapest part of the bill was the actual skull surgery. They nickel-and-dimed us the other $85,000 on Motrin doses, meals, IVs, bandages, staff visits, and a few days in the hospital. The system is built upon the assumption that everything will be overcharged but insurance will pay the bulk of it. That creates a disaster for anyone without coverage, and it causes insurance companies to recoup the expenses with higher deductibles and co-pays. Something has to change.
