Look at the amount of cars stranded on highway 63 in Alberta. This was already 12 hours in on being stuck. Plows are now slowly heading down this stretch of the highway to try & get it cleared.

Remember when Barton asked how Carney who is an elite who held the company of other elites could possibly understand what the average Canadian is going through? He had the audacity to say he could, yet during his first year he blew half a million dollars on in-flight catering. Thats enough money to feed a family of 4 for 34 years.
Carney then claimed the advantage he has over others, is he knows how to fix Canadians affordability problems. It’s been a year and it’s only gotten worse.

@ryangerritsen I want to see the receipts for all that in-flight catering.

Pray with me
April 26, 2026
Heavenly Father,
You are the God of truth, light, and righteousness. Your Word says that nothing hidden will remain concealed, and nothing covered will not be revealed. So we come before You boldly, asking You to shine Your light into every dark place in our nation.
Lord, expose what is hidden in secret.
Reveal corruption where men have tried to bury it. Bring to light every work of darkness that operates behind closed doors.
Your Word says in Ephesians 5:11 to have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them. So we ask You, God, let truth rise up. Let deception be uncovered. Let every lie be stripped of its power.
Father, tear down what is built on wickedness. Disrupt what is rooted in evil. Confuse the plans of those who plot injustice.
As it is written in Psalm 33:10, You bring the counsel of nations to nothing and make the plans of the peoples of no effect. Do it again, Lord. Frustrate every scheme that stands against Your righteousness.
But God, begin with us.
Search our hearts. Expose anything in us that does not honor You. Cleanse us, refine us, and make us people of truth.
As David prayed in Psalm 139:23-24, “Search me, O God, and know my heart… see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.”
Raise up leaders who fear You. Raise up voices that will not bow to corruption. Raise up a people who love truth more than comfort.
Let righteousness exalt this nation again, as Your Word declares in Proverbs 14:34.
We ask for justice, but we also ask for mercy. We ask for exposure, but also repentance. Let what is revealed lead to awakening, not just outrage.
God, let Your light flood this land.
What is done in darkness, bring it into the open. What is hidden, uncover it. What is evil, dismantle it.
And let Your truth stand unshaken.
In the mighty name of Jesus,
Amen

Did you know there are several countries in the world where citizens pay no personal income tax?
When you compare their oil reserves to Alberta’s—and then factor in Alberta’s much smaller population—it becomes clear that a no-income-tax model for Alberta is not fanciful, but fiscally realistic.
Imagine keeping your whole pay cheque and not sending it to Ottawa.

@DavidStaplesYEG Does the east not understand that Alberta Oil goes through the USA to get to them?

Mark Carney's CBC state broadcaster hasn't said the words "Southern Poverty Law Center" in years. cbc.ca/search?q=south…
It sure feels like they're covering up for the SPLC's Canadian branch officer, the ironically-named @antihateca.

University of Alberta breaks silence after public revolt over Convocation Hall organ
After a week of public outrage, the University of Alberta has finally broken its silence over plans to remove the historic pipe organ from Convocation Hall.
What was expected to be a quiet administrative decision has exploded into a province-wide backlash, accusing the university of trying to erase heritage under the banner of modernization.
The renovation project is being sold as a push for accessibility upgrades, more seating, and a refreshed Convocation Hall. Few oppose those goals. What people do oppose is ripping out the hall’s 1978 Casavant pipe organ, a functioning instrument used for convocations, concerts, and ceremonies for decades.
Only now, after mounting pressure, has the university responded.
In a carefully worded statement, administrators said they support “preservation and renewal” while confirming they are seeking “an appropriate new home” for the organ.
Translation: the plan still appears to be to remove it.
The university also tried to separate the current organ from the original 1925 memorial instrument, a distinction may satisfy bureaucrats but not the public.
Because heritage is not just paperwork. It is tradition, memory, and continuity. To generations of graduates, students, musicians, and families, the organ is part of Convocation Hall itself.
The university’s sudden response proves one thing: pressure works.
This is the stage where institutions often stall, issue polished statements, and wait for outrage to cool off before pushing ahead.
The battle is no longer about a musical instrument.
It is about whether public institutions answer to the public at all.

There are OVER 1000 organizations with ties to the CCP United Front that are operating in the United States, according to a landmark Jamestown Foundation report by @CherylYuuu.
And perhaps even more astonishingly, Canada has 5X MORE United Front-linked groups per capita than the U.S.
Why?
Because Beijing sees Canada as “the soft underbelly” to the United States and to the rest of NATO, says Jamestown Foundation president Peter Mattis.
In Canada, he told me, there has been far less pushback against United Front organizations than in the United States: “These groups have never really had to hide themselves. They never really had to be careful, and therefore, they could just sort of move and operate.”
There are even high-level Canadian officials, senators or MPs, “that you see embedded essentially in a network of these United Front organizations,” Mattis says.

🚨🇨🇦 Mark Carney’s ethics screen covers ~100 entities.
Brookfield has ~1,900 companies.
That means roughly 95% of the empire tied to his former firm sits outside the screen.
Legal? Maybe.
Clean? Not even close. 🇨🇦
