Last year too, an undeclared blockade had been imposed on Mizoram. This time, Assam BJP MLA Kaushik Rai is publicly supporting the same. Mr. Rai has been repeating these threats since the evening of July 26. Why is the Centre refusing to step in and stop this nonsense?
