Experienced the worst customer service of my life. Ordered something online from @LastmansBadBoy in January, paid in full. Several emails later no product, no refund, and no one returning my messages... I’d just like my $564 back and to never deal with you again.

@Andrew_BlueMtn @keith_hull One thought is to better support @SGeorgianBay. They could be the engine that really drives tourism if they had more support. They’re doing a good job now but lack the financial support they should be getting.

@Andrew_BlueMtn @keith_hull I’m not saying this is a good idea or a bad idea but one thing to note is that MATs are passed through to the customer like HST. So hotel’s aren’t the ones paying for it, the visitor is. So it’s not more money that hotels have to pay.
