Time for a post event Liger wrap up! 🎬 Let's start from the beginning. Going to China for the MSF was a blessed experience, but what I also got to do was have a convo with @b0gur and he told me about his idea to do a pro-draft tourney. He wanted to bring together these pros in a unique and fresh tourney environment and do something for fun and rewarding for the rivals community and pro player scene. I was hella inspired and I said name the time and day, and our production team can get it done. During barely even a few weeks, everyone got to work on making this event a reality, including our OCE Prod team @WeAreHSP, bogur's team, @ACozyGamer, Amaan's branding team @campfyrgg and many more involved. 48 awesome players were recruited (W @imperatorfps putting in a massive effort bringing everyone together). 8 highly respected captains in the @MarvelRivals community were selected and we built a production team bigger than ever before to accommodate the demand and stakes of our largest event ever. We locked in. I saw the global sentiment around this event on socials leading up to it. @Abe_ANZ and I knew this would be the most amount of eyes we've ever had on a HSP produced show. But throughout the process bogur trusted us and we knew we had the creative freedom to flourish and succeed. We do it differently down in OCE, and we have a unique element we bring to our shows, whether its a creator event or esports-focused or a combination of both. We aim to make sure the viewer experience and the player experience are both our top priority, everyone goes home happy, whether you or the team you're rooting for wins or losses. It's all about the experience. This event is what can happen when you still keep OCE production talent in the conversation for international gaming entertainment or esports events. Trust us, invest in us and most importantly, believe in us. Congratz to the winning team under captain @TrqstO, i have high respect for the role of vangaurd and the position of IGL, seeing that performance and confidence was inspiring and and well played to all the players we hope you enjoyed bogur bash!
