Sorry to be a food shamer but something that is actually really insane to me as someone who doesn’t even diet are the people who believe a pastry is breakfast. You fr just had a scone or a cinnamon roll or a coffee cake to start your day. Zero protein whatsoever. Nothing. Just a pastry.

I can no longer tell the difference between deliveroo, just eat, Uber eats, Ben's rice or IKEA adverts... they're all the same. Yes I'm old.
