@BurndenWay Yet you're still coasting into the play offs. This league is garbage.
English

2 wins in 8 in a promotion run in.
1 of those wins requiring the latest 2-goal turnaround anyone has ever had in the EFL.
Finished last season, when 6th, with 2 wins in 11 to finish 9th.
Consistency, efficiency, sustainability. COYWM. #BWFC
English

@BurndenWay I’d be looking at 7/8/9 now, not as a finish as a worry
English

#BWFC have pulled off some seriously fucking stupid points and wins under Schumacher.
There is criticism of this team - and it can be fair - but, mentally, fair fucking do’s.
English

@Supera__Moras Nah none of it tbf. Completely agree with it
English

@Pscott131 They’ve brought in a striker from the Scottish second-tier + two forwards who were with them last season as they failed to get promotion.
I’m not disputing that their business has been good but I think you may be overrating it.
English

@BurndenWay Good window for us but Stockport are the team who have really pushed the boat out bringing in recognised strikers from the championship and premier league .

After a worryingly prolonged dodgy patch, results have turned & performances are also improving.
We’ve made some impressive signings and the squad now looks a LOT stronger, too.
Now, for the love of God, lets go and finally get out of this fucking division. #BWFC
English

@BloozEXTRA @danielstorey85 No, it was Bolton fans. You sang it this season. Bolton sang it mid-way through the 2024/25 season.
Not that it matters, obviously
English

@danielstorey85 Wasn't it Birmingham City fans that started this chant?
English

“Sideways and backwards, everywhere we go” is the new football ground hit.
Supporters are getting sick of risk-averse football that they believe goes nowhere and achieves nothing.

English

@trotters1973 It wasn’t. I just mean another striker as in another striker in the squad.
English

@BurndenWay I wouldnt class Apter as a striker if thats who your referring to
English

Another striker in & I’d be content.
Another no.10 would be a massive bonus but not an absolute necessity, I don’t think.
Squad looks a lot healthier. #BWFC
English

@bwfc_elliot Defo could happen but I personally believe we’d need to replace him with a body there.
Erhahon has shown he has been prone to injury this year and that is also the case for Sheehan & Dempsey.
I’d be concerned with just those 3 + Simons as our 4 for the rest of the season.
English

@BurndenWay It's the constant murmurings that Morley could leave, different clubs joining the race, talk that we'd need to sell someone to buy a striker, a nothing performance from him on Tuesday when he got his chance to show what he can do. I think it could happen
English

@bwfc_elliot Not sure even Morley goes, tbh. Working on the assumption that nobody leaves, a striker comes in and Forss is done for the season I think a 4-3-3/4-4-2 is most likely with this squad - and I think it works well
I would say that CBT signing could mean WBs are a good option, still
English

@BurndenWay Thinking we sell Morley, sign another striker and move to a 4-4-2? Squad would be a bit thin but we'd just about have 2 players per position in that formation
I'm ok with that tbh as long as we stop playing 4-2-3-1 where we get nothing from the number 10
