The timing of Salah’s exit is understandable but I’m amazed there’s no fee involved. It’s a bizarre decision by LFC as they’d be a queue of clubs lining up to buy him. Wonder if Slot will agree to “leave on a free”? Whoever is pulling the strings at LFC is ruining this club!

@TheKopHQ Galatasaray were poor but totally agree, that was the best performance of the season. Need to show that same intensity week in, week out from now until the end of the season. Simply have to beat Brighton at the weekend.

Liverpool's best performance of the season. Total dominance from start to finish. Played with some of the old intensity that we all became accustomed to. The final score of 4-0 flattered Galatasaray, could easily have been double that. PSG await us in the QF #LFC

Can’t fault that performance but Galatasary are a poor side! That same press and intensity needs to be shown in every PL game from now until the end of the season. Gakpo can’t start anymore and if Salah ain’t doing it, then Rio is waiting in the wings!

Not confident we beat Galatasary tonight! God knows what team Slot picks! Just imagine the buzz around the ground had Slot been sacked and Gerrard was there as interim manager 🤷‍♂️ Doubt the club sack him if even we do exit the CL!

He’s been given ample time to turn this mess around but it’s time for @LFC to be decisive and act now. He still leaves a hero for winning the PL but this is agony the way the club are dragging it out and kicking the can down the road!

I really hoped Slot would succeed, especially after last season but the drop off has been alarming. He’s lost the fans now & the players aren’t doing a job for him anymore. It’s sad, but it’s business - pay him off and give the club a chance of getting CL football next season!
