still wrong cuz 0.007% is basically 0% so 0.005% is basically -100%

@punipal @CASTA_SP3LL This is wrong because that was bloomfes. Without the drama, the normal rate for An7 (not rate up) are 0.005% while rate up are 0.4%. In total it still keep 3% for all 4 stars in total
