I just can’t see how this doesn’t keep repeating itself. Any success story’s from this model the Enzo, Caicedo, Palmer, players who are supposed to be our core and gain experience through playing will just leave.

Chelsea’s model: sign young talent, develop them into leaders, Enzo’s worked. But now he’s at his peak with no experienced core around him. He’s expected to lead a squad still learning. It’s not sustainable. Chelsea can’t build only for the future and ignore the present.
