It’s been a rough week of no’s already for some of our guys (and it’s only Tuesday 😓) but the disappointment is eased by always glowing feedback, and we couldn’t be prouder of the work they produce. It’s tough out there. It’s important to stay tougher. We continue on 💪

HOW SPOTLIGHT WORKS W/ AN AGENT (We find it's SO much easier when our actors are clued up on the workings of our side): We sub you for EVERYTHING that fits, the jobs you see, and many more you don't. It's then down to casting directors if they'd like to see you tape, (not us).

The industry is struggling. Friends and businesses are having to close their doors for good and actors are having to leave the industry. The least you can do is provide them with a service that works.
