@Amandeepk28 @FZMarques For ours (postdocs + senior RA) - rotating chair picks topic: E.g. something they want advice on, or exploring a facet of leadership - time to discuss general things inc what is working well - confidential, private room - every ~1-2 mths, usually 1.5h but allow 2h

Whenever someone calls me on teams and leaves a message i get a transcript of the message to my e-mail. Teams transcription doesn't seem to recognise "bronchiectasis" so many of my messages say "i am calling to discuss donkey exercise" This will never not make me smile
