@hdcharting Well, tbf, getting defensive about peddling a Nasdaq listing for an equity trading at 14x NAV due to a name change isn't very responsible. There's no material business to support that gross overvaluation; it's just hopium.

I’d say we’re tightening things up with Johan at the helm - particularly what we are focusing on. We’ve definitely made some mistakes and have had to pivot, but we’ve also had the kitchen sink thrown at us since the Nasdaq listing. A few factors outside of our control also impacted perception unfairly, but that comes with the territory in the game we’re playing.

Historically, we’ve renewed the NCIB each year to preserve that optionality, and we expect to do so again when the current program expires. With respect to the raise, I understand the optics. That said, management did not want to risk going into another crypto winter with limited flexibility, and with Bitcoin trading near all-time highs at the time, it ultimately proved to be well timed as the market began to tank just a couple of weeks later.

Didn’t trick anyone, Jason. The company and insiders bought shares in q3 and q4 - however for those paying attention they know the priority is to use capital raised is to seed new fund structures, increase monetization across market making and yield opportunities + acquire any cheap assets to integrate for long term rev generation.
