What's most likely to happen if I just release it onto the Internet is that some "mainstream" journo will read it, republish it without attribution and get paid a handsome sum. That's what happened with the covid origins research. It took a year of working for free before getting paid for one story about it.

I heard reports of second-tier universities from far-flung parts of the country claiming thousands of students - mainly from outside the UK - are studying in office buildings in London

Just get the American Pope to declare the US the successor state to the Roman Empire and formalise this with a few more American countries. I know the Empire were the bad guys in Star Wars or whatever, but you can call this an empire now without being weird about it.

@ClarkeMicah I agree there are greater threats to the UK. For the US and Israel, Iran was the greatest danger, and the threat was increasing with every new missile or drone produced in Iran.

@SAshworthHayes Unlike men, each woman has an optimum number of children for their environment, so the only way they can compete is by lowering other women's fertility. At a societal level that means promoting abortions etc. and in their social circles giving bad haircut/relationship advice.

@SAshworthHayes It appears to be a mostly psychological issue. Only a century ago it was normal for a family to share one room, with no free room and board from the state.
The most plausible explanation is that it's mostly caused by female intrasexual competition (see D Sulikowski et al.)

It's interesting to think how often this is repeated. Governments drive up costs and stop the people they're meant to protect existing.

It's difficult for "my word is my bond" Anglos to get used to, myself included.
It's not an oath. They say such things as a dramatic social display, which isn't dishonourable to them.

@ClarkeMicah @jaguar90262648 I find Northern Europeans to be too literal for much that goes on in MENA/South Asia. It's more like "Down with America". Anglos with traditions of oaths, one's word being one's bond and so on don't naturally have a theory of mind for that sort of over the top grandstanding.
